Jacksonville Open - Jacksonville, FL

Fifth Dan, Mr. Jerry Williamson, ran his Jacksonville Open Karate Championships in the PAL gymnasium in Jacksonville, Florida. This event, rated NFMAA AAA, attracted more than 158 competitors from all over Florida, Georgia and South Carolina to display their martial arts talent in the sixty different divisions available to them.

This is the twenty third year of promoting the Jacksonville Open and for the first time in it's history the same Black Belt, Mr. Kirk Farber - at the age of forty five, won the Black Belt Forms and the Black Belt Fighting Grand Championships. Congratulations to Mr. Farber on your outstanding performance.
