''I feel all students would benefit from the F.A.C.E. program. I have taught for 31 years and truly feel this is one of the most beneficial programs taught in my classroom. This program can help prevent many social problems our children face in today's world.
Thank you again for providing us with this experience as well as such a capable and dynamic instructor and role model.''

''Kirk, Thank you so much for coming to our school and working with some of our more challenging students. It was a great way to show them that they can become great leaders by making choices that are worth following. I am so excited that we had the opportunity to have the F.A.C.E. Program at our school. The students were always eager to attend your program. Many of the students would verify with me several times to make sure they got to see you that week, as if it were too good to be true! Many of their classmates asked me if they could join the program or wondered how they could become a part of it. I even had students who just graduated from the program ask when they could go back to your class!
I think the program was really important for their self-esteem. These students are not often selected for other groups and awards, so it was very important to them that they had something to which they belonged. When I observed the students in class, they were disciplined and showed you the utmost respect. They really looked up to you and were ready to learn whatever new skill you presented. It was great to see them put forth their best effort at something and each one would beam as you gave constant compliments and praise.
It was so special for them to get to have a nice graduation and be recognized for something positive in front of their peers, teachers, and family. It was cute to watch some of them get nervous to perform their public speaking on the character word. They really wanted to represent you and the program as best as they could. Since graduation, I have seen students proudly wearing their F.A.C.E. t-shirt. The students and myself cannot thank you enough for your time, effort, and patience.''
Stacy August, Guidance Counselor

''Teachers and students were impressed with the F.A.C.E. Program. The assembly was awesome. Our students rarely get exposed to outside activities like Martial Arts so the experience was phenomenal. The students at John Love Elementary were excited to have met with Mr. Farber not only to learn the techniques of Martial Arts but the lessons that they learned such as character and self-esteem building, leadership and fitness skills, are lessons that they can use throughout their lives.
I would recommend Mr. Farber and the F.A.C.E. Program to any organization that works with youth. The strategies used by Mr. Farber encourages students to improve themselves and strengthen their minds."

''Holiday Hill Elementary is grateful for the opportunity of having the F.A.C.E. (Fitness and Character Education) program at our school. We chose students who were having difficulty knowing what their true potential in school could be. These students were either challenged in school because of their home environment or they were making inappropriate choices in school. I recently had a Target team meeting with one of the students teachers. Target team is designed to "target" a behavior or academic need and implement interventions. This particular student’s teacher stated that the F.A.C.E. program was the intervention that worked for her student. This student had not refused class work, shoved his desk or demonstrated physical aggression towards classmates during the 8-week program because he knew that attending the F.A.C.E. class was a privilege that he did not want to lose. Kirk, you reinforced what our school teaches our students: We are a learning community where every student is expected to reach their full potential. I believe that you truly did encourage these students to demonstrate better character while they had a blast with the karate, jump rope and juggling. We look forward to working with you in the future."
Joy Turner, M.A., Guidance Counselor

''Thank you so much for sharing the pictures of F.A.C.E. graduation. One of your "graduates" thanked me for arranging F.A.C.E. and proudly showed me his ribbons, board and certificate. Thank you so much for providing the program and I know it helped the students a great deal. I will definitely share what a great program this has been. ''

''Well the feedback on you and your session was overwhelmingly positive. The girls and their moms commented today on how much they enjoyed it. What you teach is so important/essential today, and obviously the girls had a strong interest in it. And, you have an obvious gift for what you are doing. You relate well to the audience, and make learning interesting and fun. You were so easy to work with--very kind, generous and professional. I feel certain that we will be in touch with you about future programs.''

Every athlete could use his style to take it to an entire new level. I would not be surprised to see his training principles benefitting professional athletes in the very near future.''

''We included Kirk Farber’s F.A.C.E. class into our After School Enrichment Program and the students loved it! The combination of physical activity, speechmaking and listening skills are so important for building their self-esteem. Each week, a student was rewarded with a ribbon for some unique reason, such as trying their best or not giving up, and this really went over well with the whole class!''

''The boys had a blast at the birthday almost as much as the parents who watched you in action! I loved the way you orchestrated the events so all the boys could excel at something. The biggest hit for the kids was learning how to juggle. We were amazed at how fast some of them got it. Weeks later we still hear about their juggling. Two of them did an ''exhibition'' for their fifth grade class.''

''Mr. Farber’s F.A.C.E. program has been highly successful at our school. The children have responded positively, with a few children taking tremendous strides to improve their attitude, conduct and grades. Please keep Mr. Farber’s program in mind when making future funding decisions at the City of Atlantic Beach.''

''Three students from my third grade class participated in the F.A.C.E. program in January and February 2008. I saw some positive results with the students. They all looked forward to Tuesdays when they would go to F.A.C.E. It seemed to make them feel important with their peers. They seemed to take more interest in succeeding in class. They started doing homework. With one of the children, I noticed a big improvement with behavior. It seems to be a worthwhile program, and more students would benefit from participation in it. I would like to see it continued, possibly for longer periods of time.''
Barbara Knauss
Third Grade Teacher, Neptune Beach Elementary
''Mr. Farber’s classes are fun, positive and encouraging for children of all ages and abilities. The physical activities are challenging, yet exciting and allow the child to strive in an emotionally safe atmosphere. This process builds strength and confidence in each child. Mr. Farber acknowledges children not only for their physical performance, but their positive attitude and persistence. The public speaking portion of the class allows an open forum for the discussion of topics such as responsibility, respect, freedom and kindness.
Let me describe the personal impact of the F.A.C.E. program on one particular student. She began the program with limited physical abilities, emotionally fragile and unable to make eye contact. During the F.A.C.E. program I saw consistent progress in all areas. Mr. Farber’s patience, kindness, personal example, encouragement and ability to respect each child as an individual assisted this student in gaining self confidence, trust in adults, and improved social skills. Mr. Farber / The F.A.C.E. program has freed this child from self doubt and distrust. As a result, her school performance also improved, her social skills progressed and she is seeing the world from a new prospective. This transformation has been amazing.
The F.A.C.E. program is a fun and effective way for children to gain self confidence, physical fitness, a positive attitude and social consciousness.''
