A cutting edge program that inspires, educates, entertains, and motivates the at-risk youths of today into the leaders of tomorrow. The environments may be prior, during or after incarceration, yet the results are the same – It Works!

Power, Polish and Purpose!!! is an 8-week course presented to At-Risk Kids with uniqueness that truly makes a difference in the individual and his/her life. This totally new dynamic program combines confidence, growth and positive attitude leaving an imprint that lasts a lifetime. The charisma, success, experience and passion of each member of this magical team speaks for itself in a program that is not only getting attention but amazing results!!!

Power through the wisdom of Martial Arts (education through entertainment by board breaking, jumping rope, juggling, kata, etc.) exhibiting that TRUE power is balance and control from within.

Polish is achieved through the refinement of communication and life skills –speaking on specific developmental topics each week and listening to inspirational themes, thereby creating new horizons.

Purpose brings it all together with a Theme word each week requiring understanding, discernment and discipline.

This program has been featured frequently on local TV and radio stations over the last 9 years. It has been recognized by Gov. Jeb Bush, has inspired a letter from motivational guru Stephen Covey, and was briefly filmed as part of a segment on “Sixty Minutes”. Both the Florida State Attorney and Jacksonville Sheriff's offices enthusiastically support this program.

Power, Polish and Purpose!!! is now in it's 10th year of this memorable Youth Leadership program. Some of the locations have included Jacksonville Pre-Trial Detention Facility, Police Athletic League, Teen Court, Baptist Mentoring Ounce of Prevention, Jacksonville Marine Institute, Duval county jail, and others too. As you can imagine, we want to continue offering this character development/education program at the jail and numerous locations along with other “At-Risk Kids” environments too throughout 2007 and beyond, thus the quest for sponsorship and funding for this program.
