Kirk Farber comes from a background that truly emits yin/yang principles. Beginning as a math/statistics and computer science major/minor from the University of Florida, he has evolved into an international speaker, leader and trainer. Kirk has more than 20 years' experience working in corporate America teaching personal safety. He has traveled throughout the United States making presentations and offering keynote seminars on personal safety awareness and self-defense. Kirk has more than 20 years of experience in computer programming and IT management. He is a web design and development consultant and is involved with many organizations and businesses.

Kirk Farber is a seventh degree black belt (Master Level), and one of the ten highest senior ranks in the world within Cuong Nhu martial arts. Sensei Kirk was a certified center judge in competition, a national competitor who has won numerous awards including the overall 1997, 2004, and 2005 grand champion in tournament competition for all three divisions. He has received the Instructor of the Year Award in 1985 and 1993, along with Leader of the Year in 2001 from the Cuong Nhu Oriental Martial Arts Association. He travels around the U.S. teaching seminars, and is well known and respected within the Martial Arts community. He was president of the Cuong Nhu International Association from 1999-2016. Sensei Kirk has produced two martial arts instructional videos, soft style training manual, and written numerous articles in various publications.

Kirk developed FACE4Kids, a fitness and character education program emphasizing fitness while building self-esteem and confidence for children in 2003. He currently is Executive Director of Fitness And Character Education, Inc. Whether it be the consistent training of cutting-edge children programs or the customizing of services and workshops for selected groups, he incorporates the martial art wisdom to guarantee a new-age training experience.
